In this lesson:
Easily track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with Canopy Insights. For a single measure or attribute search, like "Invoice Billed Amount," Insights generates a KPI chart highlighting the top value. With multiple attributes, choose the KPI chart's column. Customize visuals with keywords ("daily," "quarterly") and adjust information display using chart settings and conditional formatting.
Add KPIs to Your Watchlist
On the Home tab when you first go into Insights, you'll see an area for KPIs. This is where you can pin KPIs from all different Liveboards and pull them into your Home screen to have a quick overview whenever you want!
You can choose which Answers and Liveboards your KPIs come from. Once you've picked the ones you want, click Add KPIs.
If you're reviewing KPIs in Liveboards, you can generate change analysis reports. Do this by clicking the arrow next to the previous month's data to show the change analysis compared to the current month.
You can click through the sections on the left to gain more info from the report. Once you're finished, go ahead and click Close!
Fun Fact: You can also click on a data point and COMMAND click on another, you can run a change analysis report there too!
