Using the Canopy Knowledge Base
Canopy's Knowledge Base is home to many articles, videos, and FAQs to help you find answers to your Canopy Questions. You can access the Knowledge Base by clicking your profile icon and selecting "Search support library."
One of the first things you notice in the Knowledge Base is a search bar. Using this will allow you to find articles and resources specific to your questions quickly. As you scroll down in the Knowledge Base, you will see several tiles for the broader sections of Canopy.
Helping Your Clients
One resource we HIGHLY recommend sending to clients during onboarding or ramping to the busy season is the white-labeled client portal help pages.
This walks them through how to log in, upload files, and more as they work through via Canopy. It's a very handy resource to keep in your back pocket.
Contacting Support
There are three different ways to get in contact with Canopy's support team: email, chat, and phone.
The chat option and phone number are found within Canopy. You can find both options by clicking your profile icon in the lower left.
You can open a chat window within Canopy. The support team's phone number is listed just below the chat button. Both options will put you in contact with one of Canopy's live support representatives.
